Pinetops Christmas Parade - When: First Saturday of December.  The Pinetops Christmas Parade has been held for over 3 decades and is one of the most exciting parades east of Raleigh.  

Pinetops Night Out Against Crime - When: October.  Features Law enforcement personnel from surrounding counties with literature, information, free food and activities for families in the community.   

The Pinetops 300 - When: May.  A top ten tractor pull sanctioned by the National Association of Tractor Pulls.  The Tractor Pull includes over 5,000 spectators and participants.

National Day of Prayer - When: First Thursday of May
